About Me.
At Holmes Closing Services LLC, I am an NMLS Certified Loan Signing Agent. I am Bonded and E&O Insured. I am an NNA certified Arizona notary public. (RON & E Certified.) As a seasoned mobile loan signing agent, and as an NMLS (SAFE) certified, I bring over two decades of closing experience to help streamline your mortgage and real estate closing transactions.
Since starting as an MLO in Wisconsin in 2003, I’ve closed countless refinance and purchase transactions, delivering exceptional service directly at clients’ homes and at the closing table in many title offices through out Minnesota and Wisconsin. In 2008, I first became a notary public and Signing Agent for the state of Minnesota, and after relocating to Phoenix in 2012, I expanded my skill set with several roles in sales and marketing most notably in the technology software and hardware sales, honing my technical proficiency and customer facing abilities.
I specialize in all real estate closings including mobile mortgage refinance, 1st, 2nd, HELOC, reverse, and virtually all real estate closings. I am dedicated to closing deals with professionalism, precision, and a client-first approach. Whether you need a loan signing agent, or a general notary, I am eager to make your transaction smooth and successful.
